Dr. Jennifer Kahoud is a practicing board-certified emergency physician with over twenty years of clinical and operational leadership at top U.S. academic medical centers. Pivoting and problem solving are her core skills, honed through ED throughput redesign and COVID surge response. She has an extensive clinical research background in cardiology, trial design, and sudden death, an innovation MBA, and serves as a venture advisor, board member, and clinical advisor. Thirty-plus peer-reviewed publications.

Robert J. Kahoud

Co-Founder · Translational Science & AI

Dr. Robert Kahoud is a physician-scientist and pediatric critical care leader with deep expertise in translational neuroscience and precision medicine. He has developed disease models, helped discover and carry novel therapeutics through industry-partnered preclinical and phase 1 trials, built and directed training programs, and led the design and relocation of an ICU during the pandemic. His work currently spans bench-to-bedside machine learning and the development and deployment of generative and agentic AI models. At his core, he is a builder, technician, translator, and problem solver.
